our team as a Process Engineer. Leverage your technical knowledge and inventive thinking
to develop cutting-edge desalination solutions that address global water challenges.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Design, calculate, and specify process engineering requirements for our desalination
technologies.
Create process-related documentation, including simulations, H&M balances, PFDs, P&IDs,
and system descriptions.
Size and select process equipment to fit unique project needs.
Collaborate in design reviews, technical due-diligence, and process-related discussions.
Contribute to proposal preparations and conceptual designs for new plants.
Understand project scope, cost, and schedule requirements.
Develop innovative concepts for desalination plant configurations and operations.
Create RFQs, scopes of work, and datasheets for equipment selection.
Prepare control philosophy, O&M manuals, and commissioning documents for project
execution.
Support Factory and Site Acceptance Tests, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with PLC engineers and provide site liaison, installation, and commissioning
support.
Resolve design and development challenges with creative and logical problem-solving.
What you should bring to the team:
B.Tech or B.Eng in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for at least 5 years in the desalination
industry.
Demonstrated success in engineering design and project implementation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working autonomously or as
part of a multidisciplinary team.
Up-to-date knowledge of desalination industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Experience in designing small/medium desalination plants, with proficiency in P&IDs/PFDs,
process calculations, solar and intermittent energy, MED selection, and water chemistry.
